Life skills
At ACT, we believe that true learning goes beyond academics and includes nurturing the overall well-being of every child. Our Life Skills program is designed to help children develop the emotional, mental, social, and rational skills needed to navigate everyday challenges with confidence and resilience. Through guided activities and meaningful interactions, students learn essential skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, empathy, and building healthy relationships. To further support their growth, ACT also offers one-on-one and group counselling sessions, providing a safe and supportive space where children can express themselves, build self-confidence, manage stress, and strengthen their emotional well-being and positive mental health.
