ACT aspires to address the academic need of every child. In addition to paying their fees and providing school supplies, we assess each child individually to identify core strengths and build independent study skills through our after-school and in-school coaching and mentoring programs.

ENGLISH PROGRAMS: LSRW

At ACT, our English Enrichment Support classes are designed to build strong language skills and confident communication across all age groups. For primary students, we offer our specialized LSRW program, focusing on the essential language skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing, creating a strong foundation for academic success. For senior students, our program strengthens comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and spelling, helping them refine their language abilities and express themselves with clarity and confidence. Through structured guidance and engaging learning methods, we empower students to become proficient communicators in both spoken and written English.

Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing [LSRW]

The LSRW English Curriculum at ACT is a structured five-level programme that builds primary students’ skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It focuses on both language comprehension and expression, with each level progressing systematically. Based on a phonics approach to language learning, it helps children build strong foundational reading and spelling skills. Language development is strengthened through engaging, interactive methods that help children learn with confidence and interest. Assessments at the end of each level track progress and learning outcomes. Teachers are supported with clear manuals and detailed lesson plans to make teaching easy and effective.

MATH PROGRAMS

Aims to teach the basic mathematical concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and number concepts. Tailored to enable children to gain confidence in math and grow into class appropriate levels.

COMPUTER EDUCATION
THE BASICS

Our Basics of Computers program introduces students to the fundamental concepts of computer usage, including operating systems, file management, typing skills, and essential digital tools. Through hands-on learning, students develop confidence in using technology effectively for academic and everyday needs.

COMPUTER LITERACY

Our Computer and Digital Literacy program equips students with essential technology skills needed in today’s digital world. From basic computer operations to internet safety, digital tools, and online communication, students learn to use technology confidently, responsibly, and effectively.

EXCEL PROGRAM
Our Excel program equips students with essential spreadsheet skills, including data entry, formatting, formulas, charts, and basic data analysis. With practical exercises and real-world applications, students learn to organize, analyze, and present information efficiently.

SCIENCE PROGRAM

Our Science program encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and a deeper understanding of the world around us. Through interactive lessons, experiments, and concept-based learning, students build a strong foundation in scientific principles and practical application.

LANGUAGES

Kannada Program
Our Kannada program helps students develop strong reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in the language. Through interactive learning, vocabulary building, and grammar practice, students gain confidence in communicating effectively while deepening their connection with the language and culture.

Hindi Program
Our Hindi program focuses on building fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension. With structured lessons in vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation, students strengthen their language skills and develop confidence in expressing themselves with ease.
