Here are the simple steps for you to get registered

1. Download the registration form from here.
2. Fill the form
3. Submit it to the ACT champion in your company/friends circle along with the registration fee of Rs.200/-. ACT champion is the person who has introduced you to 'RunForAshwini'.
4. If you don't know who your ACT champion, send us a mail at act.trust@gmail.com
We will help you get registered.

While filling the form, remember to mark the following entries

Race category - Majja Run (5.7kms) [If you want to run with the Ashwini group]
Do you wish to run for a charity & raise pledges by applying for a pledge kit - YES
Application type - Group Entry
Group name - Ashwini Charitable Trust
Group Size - 100

If you are not sure of where these questions are, download the sample form.

The pledge kit costs Rs.100/-. You can collect the pledge kit from the Ashwini Charitable Trust (ACT) center. While collecting the kits, ensure that

1. There is ACT seal on it
2. There is a number on it which is tagged against your name
